Nx Cloud is proposing a fix for your failed CI:

We removed unnecessary as Type casts across 46 files to fix the 25 failing lint:ci tasks caused by the @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin upgrade to ~8.59.0. Version 8.59.0 expanded the no-unnecessary-type-assertion rule to report more cases based on assignability, flagging assertions where the receiver type already accepts the original expression type. Removing these redundant casts brings the codebase into compliance without altering any runtime behavior or type safety.
