Blast API shutting down after Oct 31

Hey, [Blast API](https://blastapi.io/) will stop working after Oct 31, 2025, so [endpoints like this](https://github.com/AnanthVivekanand/erc4337-frontrunner/blob/master/src/config.ts#L54) may break.
I’d recommend switching to [Chainstack](https://chainstack.com) for a reliable alternative.
