chore: switch license from AGPL-3.0 to BSL-1.1

- Source code remains publicly visible for trust/security auditing
- Commercial use requires a license (no competing products allowed)
- Change Date: 2029-01-01 → converts to Apache 2.0
- Update package.json license field
- Update README license section with clear usage table
