AttributeError: 'SampleTable' object has no attribute 'list_all' Traceback (most recent call last)

After setting everything up as described in README I got the error:

AttributeError: 'SampleTable' object has no attribute 'list_all'

I am on Windows 7 machine with Python 2.7.

How can I fix it?

it's look like an indentation error of the SampleTable class in the models.py file.
