Can't login after update to 2.0

Updated from 1.4.2 to 2.0 with do_anduinos_upgrade, then rebooted when prompted.

Login screen loads, lets me enter my password, but does not log me in. No error message, I just stay at the login screen and can try again and again.

I can switch to console and log in there, though. Tried do-anduinos-autorepair. Output:

After adding a new user I am able to log in with it on the GUI. So the problem seems to be limited to the user profile somehow.

Thanks for the feedback. This is wired indeed. Hope more info can be provided.

I solved the issue by moving my files to the newly created user and using that new account from now on.
