build(deps): bump esbuild, @tailwindcss/vite and vite in /frontend

Removes [esbuild](https://github.com/evanw/esbuild). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [esbuild](https://github.com/evanw/esbuild), [@tailwindcss/vite](https://github.com/tailwindlabs/tailwindcss/tree/HEAD/packages/@tailwindcss-vite) and [vite](https://github.com/vitejs/vite/tree/HEAD/packages/vite). These dependencies need to be updated together.
