Hi, I'm Antony M.!

PhD Researcher in deep learning and computer vision with applications in health.

Holds an MSc in Mathematical Sciences from University of Cape Town and a BSc in Biomedical Engineering from Kenyatta University

Here, I document my experiments in developing and deploying algorithms that enable machine to learn and make decision from data.

  • 🔭 I’m currently working on:

    - Development/evaluation of foundation models for downstream task in healthcare.
- Training decentralised deep learning systems (mostly computer vision or multimodal)
- Explainable, visualization, and human in the loop AI

  • 🌱 I’m currently learning to implement deep learning algorithms from scratch..like GPT-2, ViT etc

  • 👯 I’m looking to collaborate on ML projects with impact in healthcare.
