Bug Description

This issue actually consists of two UI improvements that can be made.

• The reset shortcut btn's hover effect is not consistent with other btns
• The layout for each Shortcut tile is a column with 50% 50%, which leaves a lot of blank space at the tail

How to Reproduce

1. Open AppFlowy Settings
2. Observe the UI issues

Expected Behavior

1. The button's hover effect should be consistent with other buttons in the setings, such as the text color should also change upon hovering
2. The keys could be aligned at the end to have space in the middle. Something like justify-content: space-between in css
