Bug Description
once an advanced filter is created, adding or removing a filtering criteria causes the filter to "break" and "rebuild itself" very slowly. If I was not familiar with appflowy, I would think I broke something. It creates a very uncomfortable UX experience.

How to Reproduce
create an advanced filter
click the + arrow to add another criteria
notice how the button disappears and starts rebuilding itself one rule at a time and how confusing that looks
Expected Behavior
users should be able to add and remove filtering criterias without this "breakdown" thing happening
