UI cleanup and enhancements

• don't popup another browser to view job files and threshold file. instead view them in-line
• allow console log to be visible for user to be able to copy for troubleshooting. Currently log output is yanked as soon as the job file completes so user doesn't have a chance to examine it.
• inline view of job and threshhold file
• button to open archive directory (localhost mode only)
• button to open output directory (localhost mode only)
• shutdown button for graceful CAT termination in terminal
• support API Client auth-type in job creation (token, secret). Currently on basic type auth where supported.
