This PR updates @arcadeai/design-system to the latest published version.

It runs a design-system compatibility test gate before opening this PR.
If that gate fails, the workflow stops and no PR is created.


Note

Low Risk
Scope is limited to a patch/minor design-system version bump with no local code edits; residual risk is visual or API breakage from the upstream package, which the automated compatibility gate is meant to catch before merge.

Overview
Bumps @arcadeai/design-system from 3.46.1 to 3.48.0 in package.json and refreshes pnpm-lock.yaml so the docs site resolves the new package version.

No application source files change in this diff; UI that imports the design system (buttons, cards, cn, etc.) will pick up whatever is in the new release at build time.
