Hello Arda,
first and foremost, THANK YOU!! Due to the nature of my samples I've been struggling with finding a reliable tool for automated nanoparticle analysis and your script has been truly a godsend. It also gave me some ideas about more extensive application of YOLO/SAM for my research.
I'm working with IL-TEM examination of catalyst degradation. On the image attached there are 5 micrographs of the same location of the sample at different stages of the experiment. Would it be possible with YOLO/SAM to somehow track the behaviour of each (or at least some) of the nanoparticles across subsequent stages for further quantification of degradation events? I would be grateful for any suggestions or advice, since computer vision is a completely new field for me.
