Coding guidelines to ease contribution and consistency

I suggest that a small .md file (CONTRIBUTING.md?) be added to this repository that specifies what standards to follow when working on the code, and how to set up the development environment properly.

Things that I wish to see

• Tabs vs spaces, how many spaces in a tab
• Memory safety, autoptr vs manual deletion, managed or unmanaged class (probably a discussion to be had about this one)
• Project structure, what is to be defined and where
