WebChat模块:修改用户名后不会将历史聊天数据迁移到新用户名下

Reproduce / 如何复现？

1.登录情况下，在webui界面切换到chat模式，进行多个话题对话。
2.点击右上三个点，点击“修改账户”，在弹窗中修改新的用户名。
3.使用新的用户名和密码登录后，chat模式下历史话题记录为空。
预期结果应该是保留原来的历史话题信息。
