Process Explorer breaks WSL, Sandbox, HyperV....

Describe the bug
Enabling Process Explorer in the Advanced Configuration menu will break WSL, Windows Sandbox...

To Reproduce:

• Open AtlasOS Toolbox
• Go to Advanced Configuration
• Toggle Install Process Explorer
• (It doesn't matter if you uninstall the 'pcw' service)

Expected behavior
WSL, Windows Sandbox, Docker Desktop... keep working fine.
