fix(release): automate version sync + backfill 24 stale 4.0.36 references

Adds scripts/update-doc-versions.sh — companion to the main repo's release-4x.yml sync step. Backfills 23 tutorial/reference pages that still claimed 4.0.36-SNAPSHOT after the 4.0.36 release, one JSON example that claimed 4.0.32-SNAPSHOT, and fixes the Hero + Atmosphere runtime count from 6 to 7 with Microsoft Semantic Kernel added as the 7th runtime card on the async-io landing page.
