docs: add SDKMAN install, merge orphan tutorial/19-client into clients/javascript

Adds SDKMAN + npx install methods; folds 1200-line orphan into the canonical client reference (core API, AtmosphereRooms, durable sessions, interceptors, full type reference). Repoints 3 cross-refs.
