New subclasses of `GraphStoreClient` and `SPARQLClient` that use the `RetryingInvocationBuilder`
`ServiceImpl` uses the new `GraphStoreClient` and `SPARQLClient` subclasses
Changed `nginx -> varnish -> fuseki` to `varnish -> nginx -> fuseki` so that we don't rate limit cached responses
