ID any /modules/nf-core/mmseqs_ that should be expanded

Description of feature

mmseqs_createdb and mmseqs_createdindex are top candidates, but see if there are any others.

Try to make minimal changes back to main.nf so they can be merged quickly into nfcore modules, and then the config can be set in proteinfold without having to merge changes in that release cycle.
