This Commercial License Agreement ("License") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Software Customs Auto Bot Solution ("Licensor") for the Aurora AI Framework software product.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Aurora AI Framework, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License.

Software Customs Auto Bot Solution hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Aurora AI Framework subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
- No Free License: This is a commercial license only. No free usage is permitted.
- No Redistribution: You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software.
- No Modification: You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.
- No Source Code: Source code is not provided under this license.
The Aurora AI Framework is protected by the following patents and pending patent applications:

- Annual License Fee: $50,000.00 USD
- Perpetual License Fee: $250,000.00 USD
- Enterprise License Fee: $500,000.00 USD
- All fees are non-refundable
- Payment due within 30 days of invoice
- Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest
- Standard License: Up to 10 concurrent users
- Enterprise License: Unlimited users
- Cloud Deployment: Additional $25,000.00 USD annual fee
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling
- No use in competing products or services
- No distribution of modified versions
- No use for illegal or unethical purposes
- This license is valid worldwide
- Export compliance regulations apply
- Certain countries may be restricted due to trade sanctions
Software Customs Auto Bot Solution reserves the right to audit your usage of the software upon reasonable notice.
The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
In no event shall Software Customs Auto Bot Solution be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
The total liability of Software Customs Auto Bot Solution under this agreement shall not exceed the license fee paid.
- Annual License: 12 months from effective date
- Perpetual License: Perpetual (subject to compliance)
- Enterprise License: Perpetual with annual maintenance
- Non-payment of license fees
- Violation of license terms
- Bankruptcy or insolvency
- Misuse of intellectual property
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.

- Documentation updates
- 24/7 phone and email support
- On-site support (additional fees apply)
- Custom development services
- Annual Maintenance: 20% of license fee
- Premium Maintenance: 30% of license fee
All information related to the software, including source code, algorithms, and business methods, is considered confidential.
You must maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information You may not disclose confidential information to third parties Confidentiality obligations survive termination of this agreement
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
- Good faith negotiation first
- Mediation in Michigan courts
- Binding arbitration as final resort
All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Genesee County, Michigan.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
No waiver of any term shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
