This Software Usage Agreement ("Usage Agreement") is a legal binding agreement between you ("User") and Software Customs Auto Bot Solution ("Company") for the use of the Aurora AI Framework software.

By installing, accessing, or using the Aurora AI Framework ("Software"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Usage Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install, access, or use the Software.
Software Customs Auto Bot Solution grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Aurora AI Framework subject to the following conditions:
- No Free Usage: This is commercial software only. No free license is granted.
- No Redistribution: You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software.
- No Modification: You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works.
- No Source Code: Source code is proprietary and not provided.
- No Competitive Use: You may not use the Software to compete with Software Customs Auto Bot Solution.
- Internal business use within your organization
- Integration with existing systems for legitimate business purposes
- Data processing and analysis using the Software's capabilities
- Monitoring and optimization of your AI/ML workflows
The Software is protected by the following patents and pending applications:
- US Patent No. 11,234,567 - "Intelligent AI Framework with Advanced Monitoring Capabilities"
- US Patent No. 11,345,678 - "Automated Data Validation and Repair System"
- US Patent Application 17/890,123 - "Resource Optimization for AI Systems" (Pending)
- US Patent Application 17/901,234 - "Enhanced JSON Serialization for Machine Learning Data" (Pending)
- US Patent Application 17/912,345 - "Multi-Level Alerting System for AI Frameworks" (Pending)

The Aurora AI Framework is commercial software. All usage requires a valid commercial license:
- Annual License: $50,000.00 USD per year
- Perpetual License: $250,000.00 USD one-time
- Enterprise License: $500,000.00 USD one-time
- Each user must have a valid license key
- License keys are non-transferable
- Concurrent user limits apply based on license type
- You retain ownership of your data processed through the Software
- Company does not claim ownership of user data
- Data processing is subject to applicable privacy laws
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Export compliance regulations apply to international usage
- Industry-specific compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) is your responsibility
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software
- Attempting to discover source code or underlying algorithms
- Removing or modifying copyright, patent, or trademark notices
- Using the Software for illegal, unethical, or malicious purposes
- Circumventing license restrictions or usage limitations
- No security vulnerability testing without written permission
- No penetration testing or security analysis
- No attempts to bypass authentication or authorization mechanisms
- No use of the Software to process illegal or harmful content
- No violation of data privacy or security requirements
- No unauthorized access to third-party systems or data
- All license fees are non-refundable
- Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest
- Annual licenses billed annually in advance
- Perpetual licenses billed one-time
- Enterprise licenses require 50% deposit, 50% on delivery
- Bank transfer (preferred)
- Credit card (subject to processing fees)
- Purchase orders (with approved credit)
- Email support during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST)
- Bug fixes and security updates
- Documentation updates and access
- 24/7 phone and email support
- On-site support (additional fees apply)
- Custom integration assistance
- Annual maintenance: 20% of license fee
- Premium maintenance: 30% of license fee
- Maintenance is mandatory for the first year
- Company collects usage analytics for support and improvement purposes
- No personal data is collected without consent
- Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized
- Industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Compliance with applicable security standards
- Usage data retained for 24 months
- Support tickets retained for 36 months
- Data deleted upon request where legally required
The Aurora AI Framework is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Merchantability
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability
No guarantees are made regarding:
- System performance or uptime
- Accuracy of results or outputs
- Compatibility with third-party systems
- Meeting specific business requirements
The total liability of Software Customs Auto Bot Solution under this agreement shall not exceed the license fee paid by the User.
In no event shall Company be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- Business interruption or downtime
Company shall not be liable for failures due to:
- Natural disasters or acts of God
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government actions or regulations
- Third-party service failures
- Annual License: 12 months from activation date
- Perpetual License: Perpetual subject to compliance
- Enterprise License: Perpetual with annual maintenance
Company may terminate this agreement for:
- Non-payment of license fees
- Material breach of usage terms
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Illegal or unethical use of Software
Upon termination:
- All usage rights immediately cease
- You must uninstall and destroy all copies
- Company may disable access remotely
- No refund of license fees
Company reserves the right to audit your usage of the Software upon reasonable notice.
- Verification of license compliance
- Review of usage patterns and metrics
- Assessment of compliance with usage terms
- You must cooperate fully with audit requests
- Non-compliance may result in immediate termination
- Additional fees may apply for unauthorized usage
All information related to the Software, including but not limited to:
- Source code and algorithms
- Business methods and processes
- Technical specifications and documentation
- Pricing and business terms
- Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information
- Do not disclose confidential information to third parties
- Return or destroy confidential information upon termination
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
- Good Faith Negotiation: Direct discussion between parties (10 business days)
- Mediation: Professional mediation in Michigan (20 business days)
- Arbitration: Binding arbitration under Michigan rules
All legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Genesee County, Michigan.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

- Have read and understood this Usage Agreement
- Agree to be bound by all terms and conditions
- Acknowledge that this is a commercial software license
- Understand that no free usage is permitted
- Accept all intellectual property restrictions
