Scheduler fails to automatically change the theme

Description

The stated time of change is X, then the clock gets to X but ADM doesn't always toggle the theme change

Should auto change

I notice that it typically fails changing to dark theme but succeeds changing to light theme

Interestingly, the scheduler was set to 18:50 but changed the quality in practice at 19:05

Please disbale "don't switch while playing video games" and check if the issue resolved

I just logged in at daytime, my theme is light, but the wallpaper is the one I set for the dark background. It's a complete haywire.
