Goal

Submit or list the generated Hermes output through the appropriate official Hermes-compatible distribution path.

• Decide whether the publishable artifact should be a Skills Hub-compatible tap, a Hermes plugin installable from Git, or both.
• Validate plugins/hermes/ against Hermes skill/plugin docs.
• Prepare the listing/submission repository or installable publish path.
• Record the submission URL/status back in Epic: submit Build with WordPress outputs to official agent marketplaces #45.
