Move to availity-react

I am considering moving this over to availity-react and refactoring to hooks as from scanning the code will make the code footprint much smaller. Maintainability-wise would be much easier in one place.

We can also show the range of options using the storybook knobs as compared to the current docs. We are also writing a better documentation site using gatsby and we can add more documentation into that once it gets released.

Thoughts @TheSharpieOne? @robmcguinness?
