ShowCRC32 only processes the default plane

ShowCRC32 only processes the default plane, so if there is more than one plane it will show an identical CRC even if the content of the other planes (U, V, R, B, or A) has changed.

(Not asking for a fix, just wanted to get it down in writing for future reference!)

Aside from not asking the fix; I can propose two new parameters:

• "channels", like in Invert - default is all planes
• "mode" which would calculate a (0) common crc32 displaying a single value (1) separate crc32 values displayed next to each other

Opinion?

Note to myself: this filter is not even .rst documented, todo.
