卷三(标准库)里收录了三篇实际属于嵌入式领域的文章——类型安全的寄存器访问、循环缓冲区、侵入式容器,主题与标准库不符,与卷八「嵌入式」子领域更贴合。本次按 todo/012 既定决策(M1/M2/M4 + M3 索引),将这三篇连同配套 ETL 示例代码机械迁移到卷八嵌入式目录,纠正分类错位。
