APIM-CLI 1.2.2

This release provides the following changes:

• Added CSV-Export for applications
• ignoreCache toggle added to the usage
• new forceUpdate flag to force re-creation of an existing API
• Fixed an issue when using HTTP-Basic Outbound-Authentication without a password
• apim.sh & apim.bat now support installation path with spaces
