Best way to use a created map in a webpage, and keep scrolling features and marker info visible for viewer?

I know I am able to export my map as a PNG and use it on a site that way, but is there a way for me to use the .map format in a HTML page, so the user is able to scroll in and out and view information (like when you click on markers)?

You can use the whole generator in iframe, but the map will be fully interactive. View only mode is planned, but not yet implemented
