Overall Slow Use. Too Much Data?

Overall the program is slow. I think it's because the map has a lot of information in it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Load Map
2. Try to move around or do anything
3. Everything is slow or takes a while to react.

Expected behavior

Smooth and immediate response

Examples of what happens:

• Try to move around, the reaction is slow or I have to try several times to get it to work.
• Switching over to any of the tabs, Layers, Style, Options, Tools, About takes a few seconds.
• Looking at a burg takes a few tries...

It goes on, there is just so much data in it that the pregame takes a while to prosses what is going to happen next.

There are a lot of information missing here.

1. What size is your canvas?
2. What is your point number?
3. What layers are active at any given time?
4. Do you use Zoom?

We cannot change it. Please try Google Chrome, it can be a bit faster. For me on usual macbook it's pretty fast, at least on 10K points.
