[Feature Request]: a way to reload discord client detection

Some Discord clients such as Vesktop do not get detected by the plugin - at least on debian-based platforms - if they are not already running when the IDE starts up, even though it works just fine if said client is running before the IDE starts.

But as the plugin does not allow to go through the client detection again, it is impossible to get it to acknowledge the client without restarting the IDE.

Thus, just a button to re-run the client detection, even if only on the "no client detected" banner in the settings page, would go a long way helping such cases.

I didn't know it was there, although tbh that isn't the most intuitive location imo, but that indeed seems to do it, thanks!

However, I can see that, when forcing the reconnection, the "Could not detect a running Discord client!" banner remains in the settings, despite the presence now being properly passed onto the client

Well, as I previously mentioned, also adding it on the red banner in the settings would be a rather intuituve place imo, tho it can be both there and where it's been thus far.

I can get that, however my guess would rather be that it doesn't properly run a second check when using the force-reconnect function, or doesn't store it in the relevant variable for controlling whether the "no client" banner should be displayed in the settings. Point being, if Vesktop is running before starting the IDE, the banner doesn't show at all, but otherwise, it simply never goes away.

Please note that the detection is only there for a warning, it is not related to the real connection. So even if the plugin "works", the banner may appear. Also, these checks are done only on the first launch to prevent spamming the user in case of incorrect detections.
