fix(search): publish execFileSync rg + lookup_error trim from #23

Empty commit to trigger semantic-release. The substantive work landed
in #23 under a chore: subject which doesn't trigger a publish under
the angular preset. The change is genuinely a bug fix (brace-glob
silently broken on some shells) plus a UX improvement to lookup_error
output, and warrants a patch release.
