Sorry for the large number of files changed.

Purpose

• Make some features functional, ex: Doc embedding directly from MS Word, adapt the legal main flow to query documents by filename, and chat with the document.

* Deploy doc embedding and legal main flows to Azure Container Apps and set the required environment variables for your API keys
* Update the connection strings in the config.json file
* Run locally using rpm start
* Test document indexing feature
* Test summarize document feature
* Test chatting with the file that is opened

• Check that the features above can be used after deploying the accelerator without additional development effort.
