Also it would be great if this repo show how to authenticate terraform git modules in the Azure DevOps pipeline.
I my case the terraform modules are private and sit in the other Azure DevOps private repo and I need to authenticate.

We are looking to provide inner sourcing advice for Azure Verified Modules (https://aka.ms/avm) in the future. I imagine this may fall under there.

Unfortunately Terraform git support is limited / poor. Although it is possible by manipulating git config in the pipeline, there is no good story around this.

Will keep it on the list for future consideration though.
