We want to support scale to zero options for the agents.

Proposed Solution (Required)

Leverage the existing CI/CD agents and runners AVM pattern module to replace the ACI implementation and provide an option to choose which type of compute to use.

The CI/CD agents and runners will also be enhanced to include Managed DevOps Pools.

We can't commit to a timescale at this time, but it is aligned with our next roadmap item of implementing Application landing zones, so I expect it will be in the next 3 - 6 months.
