feat: Add Advisor's GUID to recommendation details

Overview/Summary

Added the Advisor's GUID to the recommendation details to easy to find corresponding Advisor's recommendation.

Easy to find the corresponding Advisor's recommendation from Reliability recommendations by using the above GUID of the APRL pages.

This PR adds a new block in the recommendation details page to display the Advisor's GUID to help users correlate recommendations with their corresponding Advisor records.

• Added a new Advisor GUID display section using conditional rendering.
• Introduced a markup change in the HTML to show the Advisor GUID or "n/a" if unavailable.
