Unquote and reword stub descriptions per review feedback

The description block scalars rendered the wrapping single quotes as
literal characters, which hurts URL auto-linking. Drop the quotes and
change 'You can find here' to 'You can find it here:' in the nine files
this PR already touches, as suggested in review.
