Fix malformed GitHub URLs in BehaviorAnalytics hunting queries

Nine migration-stub descriptions link to
githubusercontent.com/Azure/Azure-Sentinel/blob/master/... - that host
requires the raw. subdomain and does not serve /blob/ paths, so every
link fails DNS-or-404. These are human-facing links in descriptions,
so point them at github.com/.../blob/master/... instead; all nine
targets exist under Solutions/UEBA Essentials/Hunting Queries/.
