Summary

  • Bumps Lookout solution version from 3.0.2 → 3.0.3
  • Fixes workspace-location parameter defaultValue to use [resourceGroup().location] ARM expression
  • Updates lastPublishDate to 2026-04-23 in SolutionMetadata.json
  • Adds v3.0.3 entry to ReleaseNotes.md
  • Rebuilds 3.0.3.zip package with updated mainTemplate.json
