Sign In Buttons no longer visible in v2.34.0

Bug description

After upgrading to version 2.34.0, the sign in buttons are no longer visible on the /signin page.

The div has the class hidden in 2.34.0, while it didn't have this class in 2.33.0.

Seems related to #2845

Reverting back to 2.33.0 resolves the issue

Reproduction steps

1. Go to 'https://portal/signin'
2. See no signin buttons

Expected behavior

The sign in button is visible.
