Example APIs not working

There are two issues with links referenced in the lab

https://swapi.dev/ - the site certificate has expired

http://calcapi.cloudapp.net - does no longer exist

I'm going to create a separate Issue to tackle 'Calculator'

Star Wars API - Tasks

1. Update Star Wars api link on pre-requs with newer link https://swapi.py4e.com/api
2. update star wars links on 'Adding Apis' section'
3. update screenshots that have the older api URL in .
4. (do check whole repo if I've missed anywhere);
