[BUG] Please update the requirements for the marketplace Replace Tokens

Describe the bug

Please include in the pre-req the marketplace Replace Tokens that should be used for running the pipeline to avoid:

A task is missing. The pipeline references a task called 'replacetokens'. This usually indicates the task isn't installed, and you may be able to install it from the Marketplace: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com./ (Task version 3, job 'push_changes_to_Dev_APIM', step ''.) I was able to remedy this with using: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=qetza.replacetokens

Expected behavior

To allow pipeline progression.

Actual behavior

A task is missing. The pipeline references a task called 'replacetokens'.

Executing the publisher yaml.
