Standardize documentation paths by renaming the azure_arc_servers directory to azure_arc_server across the docs tree. This commit moves/renames many markdown pages and associated image assets (AWS, Azure, day2, and other guides) to the new path; it is a pure path refactor with no content changes. Update any references or links that point to the old azure_arc_servers locations.
