Update authV2 tests: fix API version compatibility and large response handling

- Add @AllowLargeResponse() decorators to handle Azure API responses >128KB
- Update test assertions to match new API response format
- Add config-version upgrade commands to properly test v2 functionality
- Regenerate VCR recordings with updated API versions (2024-11-01)
- All tests now pass locally and should fix CI pipeline failures
