The version in HISTORY.rst (1.1.0b4) does not match the setup.py bump (1.0.0b4). Please correct it to 1.0.0b4.

src/index.jsonautomatically.You only need to update the version information in file setup.py and historical information in file HISTORY.rst in your PR but do not modify
