running az cli extension install -n ml
gives a check sum error

Related command

az extension add -n ml
az extension update -n ml

are both giving check sum errors

Hi,

I'm just reinforcing this ticket. I started to have the same issue today, while it was working fine before.

I ran it using the CLI 2.43 and CLI 2.71.0.

We noticed the same issue on our GitHub workflows. Explicitly installing the previous version of the extension works: az extension add -n ml --version 2.36.0.
