Description of Feature or Work Requested

Currently we are adding two new setting to the VM, Availability Set and VMSS profile. We'd like to make sure that customers can make this change from the CLI as well.

For example:

az vm availability-set update --scheduled-events-api-version "2020-07-01" --enable-allInstanceDown True

Solution 1:

After internal discussions, we have adjusted the priority of these feature requests and plan to complete its development and release in this sprint (on 03-04).

Solution 2:

Please add OSImageNotificationProfile.enable as enable-osimage-notification to both. It should be similar to terminate notification enable.
