Don't open RDP session on all monitors by default

It's good --configuration option has been added, but it'll be better if rdp session open on one monitor by default, instead each and every time to uncheck "Use all my monitors for the remote session"

Since this comment got a bit lost after the PR was merged, i wanted to open a separate feature request specifically for this change in default values.
It's really inconvenient having to unselect this checkbox every time an RDP session is started.
As an alternative, I could imagine a command line flag that would allow this feature to be disabled.

Possible solution (Extracted from existing issue, might be incorrect; please verify carefully)

Solution 1:

We have worked up a PR that adds support for a new flag (--configure) that would open up the Remote Desktop Connection UI instead of directly connecting, allowing you to make changes to the session configuration.

Just a workaround works for me.

Solution 3:

My expectation is that a similar adjustment be made in az-cli source code, not requiring us to need this kind of workaround anymore, which is simpler to implement than any service API change.

A few comments on the recommended "solutions":

1. That's exactly the problem that i am describing. After the PR was merged, you can always open the RDP connection UI automatically, but the manual user actions afterwards are unwanted.
2. I haven't tried the PowerShell workaround. Based on the other comments, it probably works, but I think the effort required to register a custom PowerShell function is somewhat inadequate for what i want and patching the RDP file feels very hacky. I think it could also break when Azure updates the CLI or API.
3. I totally agree with the comment, that's exactly what i am requesting. Not a solution tho.
