Azure-CLI 2.79 is not available in Bleu cloud

We use azure-cli 2.79 in Bleu cloud to create storage account, it fails that:

The resource type 'checkNameAvailability' could not be found in the namespace 'Microsoft.Storage' for api version '2025-06-01'. The supported api-versions are '2024-01-01,2023-05-01,2023-04-01,2023-01-01,2022-09-01,2022-05-01,2021-09-01,2021-08-01,2021-06-01,2021-05-01,2021-04-01,2021-02-01,2021-01-01,2020-08-01-preview,2019-06-01,2019-04-01,2018-11-01,2018-07-01,2018-03-01-preview,2018-02-01,2017-10-01,2017-06-01,2016-12-01,2016-05-01,2016-01-01,2015-06-15,2015-05-01-preview'.

We have to use azure cli >= 2.79 since there is P0 issue with versions lower than this one.
