Description
This PR removes a duplicated test method,
test_storage_account_with_files_adds_sam_account_name, from theStorageAccountTestsclass. The method was defined twice with identical content. In Python, this results in the second definition overwriting the first, meaning only one instance of the test was effectively being run. This change removes the redundant definition to improve code clarity and prevent potential confusion.Testing Guide
