Update UX in function renderThoughts in conversational_agent.go for following UX . Category output string for different tools

Keep this issue open as tool time also count in time users spent for tool consent selection.

Move it to lower priority. Chatted with @wbreza. We plan to revisit this after more decision on future direction of agentic azd like keep packages (i.e go langchain) or own our agent or use something else.

The display code was rebuilt when we switched to the Copilot SDK. The old conversational_agent.go and renderThoughts no longer exist. Tool display is now in internal/agent/display.go. If there's a specific UX issue with the current display, please open a new issue.
